I am a shareholder in the law firm of Briggs and Morgan, a prominent Minneapolis-based law firm founded in 1882. Our clients range from multinational corporations to start-ups, and include commercial enterprises, nonprofit educational and charitable institutions, utilities, governmental agencies, and public bodies. I specialize in bankruptcy and complex litigation. I have represented secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, real estate and equipment lessors, creditors' committees, debtors and other interested parties in numerous bankruptcy cases. I have also handled class action defense and multi-district litigation matters in the areas of lender liability, consumer fraud and leasing.
